Akshay Kumar Says Amitabh Bachchan is the Father of Indian Film Industry

International Film Festival of India was conducted at Panaji (Goa) between 20th November to 28th November of 2017. At this auspicious Film Festival, Amitabh Bachchan was awarded Indian Film Personality of the year. This Award was given to Amitabh Bachchan by Akshay Kumar and Smriti Irani (Minister of Information and Broadcasting).
Akshay Kumar who always shared a less about his past and his struggling days, opened up at this event while he was giving the award to Amitabh Bachchan. He says he had learned much from him. The quality of Amitabh Bachchan that inspires him the most was his Punctuality. Praising him he said as Americans have Spider-Man, Batman Etc., we Indians have Angry Young Man (Amitabh Bachchan). He also says that Amitabh Bachchan is the Father of Indian Film Industry.
